Do I need the white background?
The white backgrounds allow the designs to really stand out again darker colours. For example: Against a dark fence or dark brick wall.
We recommend adding the white background for any designs that have wording or intricate details to allow them to stand out.

Can the batteries be replaced?
YES! - You can replace it with a standard AA rechargeable battery. The light unit is also replaceable too if it ever stops completely working!

How many characters can I have?
You can have a maximum of 10 characters on your plaque!

Where will my personalised text be on the plaque?
The position varies depending on the plaque and the space available so make sure to check the example in the product photos for details.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to send all of our orders out either the same or next working day so your parcel should be within you in 2 - 5 Days or Next Day if it's urgent!
