Difficult to open out

I was so excited to receive this. It is so difficult to open out to the shape I require, to give it it's full glory. It's hanging looking quite sad! The "helpful" video only shows how to open products with rings surrounding them. I did contact customer services, but they weren't sure what to do,either. It's putting me off buying things on line. Sorry.

I’ve spoken with our customer service team, and it sounds like they did chat with you at the time and double-checked with our manager, Sam, during the call. They explained that the spinner doesn’t need to be fully opened flat — in fact, they spin best when shaped to around 45 degrees. It gives them a more dynamic look and helps them catch the wind more easily.

From what I understand, it seemed like the conversation ended on a positive note, so I’m really sorry to hear it didn’t feel that way from your side.
