FAQ's

  • Do I need the white background?
    The white backgrounds allow the designs to really stand out again darker colours. For example: Against a dark fence or dark brick wall.
    We recommend adding the white background for any designs that have wording or intricate details to allow them to stand out.

  • Can the batteries be replaced?
    YES! - You can replace it with a standard AA rechargeable battery. The light unit is also replaceable too if it ever stops completely working!

  • How is my dog's name added to the plaque?
    Your dog's name is applied in premium weather proof vinyl to the plaque in house by hand!

  • How many characters can I have?
    You can have a maximum of 10 characters on your plaque!

  • Where will my dog's name be on the plaque?
    The position varies depending on the breed and the space available so make sure to check the example in the product photos for details.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We aim to send all of our orders out either the same or next working day so your parcel should be within you in 2 - 5 Days or Next Day if it's urgent!

Rubbish, we have never got it to work

Hi Susan, I'm so sorry to hear this. I can only see one order on our system from Dec 2022 is that the item you are referring too? If so can I just check, have you turned the light on? There's a small switch located under the clear cover you just need to push in. If this doesn't work though please do get in touch with our customer service team, we are always here to help :)
