Faulty switch

The on switch was actually off so my light didn't work until I got in touch. The fault was explained. The light isn't as bright as I would have liked.

If it’s not shining as brightly as you’d hoped, it might be worth checking if the light is getting enough direct sunlight during the day, as this can affect its brightness at night.
