Important Delivery Information about the Royal Mail Strikes

In case you didn’t catch it on the news, there’s some Royal Mail Strikes that are coming up that could affect how quickly you receive your orders from us.

When are the strikes taking place?

• Thursday 24th November
• Friday 25th November 
• Wednesday 30th November 
• Thursday 1st December 
• Friday 9th December
• Sunday 11th December
• Wednesday 14th December
• Thursday 15th December
• Friday 23rd December
• Saturday 24th December

We will continue to dispatch all orders in 1-2 working days.

However, please note on these days Royal Mail will not be collecting from us or delivering any parcels.

We’ve been told to expect orders posted before, during or the days after any strike action could be subject to delays.

These strikes are Nationwide and something we don’t have control over 😔

What we would recommend:

• Order 1st Class to receive the order a bit quicker (whilst it will still be delayed it will be a priority during these times)
• If your order is urgent please order DHL next day delivery Monday-Thursday.  

If you still have not received your parcel please drop me a message at contact@florysonline.co.uk and I can help track your parcel for you 🤗 – but please rest assured no parcels have been lost yet, and they are turning up (just with delays).
