  • Do I need the white background?
    The white backgrounds allow the designs to really stand out again darker colours. For example: Against a dark fence or dark brick wall.
    We recommend adding the white background for any designs that have wording or intricate details to allow them to stand out.

  • Can the batteries be replaced?
    YES! - You can replace it with a standard AA rechargeable battery. The light unit is also replaceable too if it ever stops completely working!

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We send all of our orders out either the same or next working day so your parcel should be within you in 2 - 5 Days or Next Day if it's urgent!

  • How is my dog's name added to the plaque?
    Your dog's name is applied in premium weather proof vinyl to the plaque in house by hand!

  • How many characters can I have?
    You can have a maximum of 10 characters on your plaque!

  • Where will my dog's name be on the plaque?
    The position varies depending on the breed and the space available so make sure to check the example in the product photos for details.

Excellent gift idea

I’ve purchased my border terrier plaque for my neighbour to thank her for helping me out, I found this item and many like it would be absolutely fantastic as a memorial or as a gift or just to decorate your garden.
I also found that there is enough space at the bottom to add a name. The gap is around 2.5 cm wide, and I ordered a transfer with the name of my neighbours dog and easily fit and personalised it.
